Sharepoint Workflow does not run after item has been created -

i have sharepoint give-and-take board users can post issues. in board created workflow runs after item has been created (i allow manually starting workflow after create item email message). workflow runs fine in cases (around 1 of 50) workflow not run @ all. there no message errors, workflow not run. when seek run workflow manually work correctly.

i'v tried looking in: c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\14\logs\ there no items , don't have thought i'm looking for.

make sure not running old workflows. can powershell monitoring, case not run powershell run workflow. reason problem have workflow running @ same time.
