why google analytics showing Goal completion location as "entrance" -

currently facing 1 issue google analytics goal completion location. showing goal completion location ‘(entrance)’.

in google analytics looks below -

goal completion location || links xyz.com (goal 1 completions) || % links xyz.com (goal 1 completions)

/default-en.html || 831 || 55.59% (entrance) || 25 || 1.67%

what mean of ‘(entrance)’ in goal completion location , why displaying in below listing.

how can remove "goal completion location" listing?

"(entrance)" indicates page served entry point site. when set url goal, didn't have funnel steps, when user arrives @ site, arrive straight @ goal completion url. it's not can removed. rather have add together funnel steps goal.
