wso2 - WSO EMM Application Not Installing and makes my /emm endpoint inactive -

i have been using wso2 emm 3months , it's working fine production purposes, today started rolling out applications , policy making. so, started reading documentation production purposes. uploaded apps, when /emm endpoint , seek utilize application management , clicked app, hangs no endpoint ("/emm", "/publisher", "/carbon")works after clicking app in app management unless restart server before endpoint ("/emm", "/publisher", "/carbon") starts working 1 time again starts working again. help appreciated. thanks.

according logs database locked.

try kill processes related wso2server , restart server.
