currently, parse allows create user based on username , password. create sense web world few mobile applications.

however, looking implement sms based authentication whatsapp , twitter did. thought inquire user phone number , send 1 time verification code (random 6 digit code) via sms phone number. inquire user come in verification code. if code match, user considered signed in , in case want utilize phone number primary id (or username).

however, if user uninstall app , re-install , tries login phone number, app 1 time again re-send 1 time verification code different original 1 time verification code.

thoughts? note cannot associate fixed 1 time verification code phone number posses security risk.

but today on parse mandatory provide @ to the lowest degree username , password. not fit process of signup/login phone numbers. of course of study generate random username , password never used again... not efficient. know if parse team going address new behavior (using phone number) more , more people using apps.
