eclipse - when i am taking new android project appcompt is showing an error -

before error application going fine when took new project showing error in appcompat , in project in build path in android dependency showing error.pleas give me solution should do. , give me more clarity of android dependency , appcompat library file. showing error:-

finally error solveed not exact solution wanted. did have created 1 new project , took min sdk version 15 bcoz action bar feature nowadays in 15 , farther api .i think feature introduced in 11 api .so have taken new project min sdk version , no need of appcompat library no error coming... solved problem alternative solution want reply of question.
