opshub: version-1.0 opshub integration manager framework-ovsmu-v1.0.1008

os: windows server 2012 standard 64-bit

.net clr available: 4.0.30319 , below (32 , 64 bit)

the error not occur @ particular changeset. when @ migration progress in opshub vso migration utility can see work item "reading , analysis" , "migration" "running". version command "not running".
