virtualbox - Resize an Ubuntu partition without losing data -
i have installed virtualbox , ubuntu on windows machine. after while needed more disk space, problem dev/sda1 partition (where need more space) should resized. resizing ubuntu installation wizard erase info (i have apache server, mysql, etc... on !). question: possible resize partition without losing info ? or @ to the lowest degree possible restore after resizing ?
boot live linux distro , utilize gparted. don't forget create backup incase goes wrong. more info.
