How to create instance in Asia Pacific for Google Cloud SQL -
how deploy google app engine app, create instance of google cloud sql in asia zone , enable billing asia?
for app engine app can't specify asia, european union (because of info laws). read here.
cloud sql when create sql instance can set part then.
what mean billing asia? billing project not region.
