out of memory - Jboss Fuse Esb java.lang.outOfMemoryError exception -

i have esb contains starting point cxf endpoint activemq , web service.but gave error during fuse running.here log file:

exception in thread "activemq journal checkpoint worker" java.lang.outofmemoryerror: java heap space

what should resolving issue?

if have not already, should increment heap size servicemix. can done editing startup script @ bin/servicmix , changing startup parameters java command number higher default. create sure pay attending both max heap , permgen.
