request - Hosting Data on a Server -
just simple question, it's been driving me mad, don't know how word it.
i want able send simple post request server, , server returns info plain text, simple www request.
where start making server can that? want able upload revised data. ftp doesn't seem thing want, , db's seem require authentication.

just install apache or nginx. if using windows, install iis.
