Is there an efficient alternative to "Not In" in MS Access Query? -
it appears doing not in
query expensive in ms access, these queries run slowly. there alternative method conduct such query avoid overhead?
you can utilize joins!!!
using either left join
or right join
should want! (include where
clause is null
(so that's either middle left or middle right diagrams.)
so like:
select * table left bring together table b on a.value = b.value b.anotherorsamevalue null
please note
as hansup has informed me, full outer join
not available ms access sql (that's lower right diagram)
ms-access
