if app in background, , user receives push, , user taps on notification, making app active, how observe in pubnub whether app brought background in case? help much appreciated! thanks!

android & ios have delegates/events handle , @ point, manually whatever necessary. however, pubnub's sdks reconnect , retrieve missed messages automatically. android requires code pretty trivial. there level of customization can when initialize pubnub in app.
