i'm having problem huawei y600 android phone in stock rom. problem numbers. shown correctly when language english language (left right), when alter language farsi (right left; native language) numbers go right left , thats totall wrong!

the clock in right format, shows 18:45. numbers right in contacts too:

but when language changes clock goes freaky:

the clock 18:56. shows(in language) "8164:" note ":" mark go @ end too...and 18 46 go 81 64. go right left same texts..but thats wrong... it's worse when in contacts (it's same number):

as see 09113924601 4601 392 0911. go right left.

i tested phone more founded out problem whit western farsi not other right left language(like arabic),so think if there app or adb command create rom uses standard arabic numbers while using western farsi words think problem fixed cuz standard arabic , western farsi numbers same.

i tried more locale 2 , mixed standard arabic , western farsi in ways standard arabic in language , islamic republic of iran in country , reverse didnt worked.

1_is there programme specify parameters more accurately numbers seprate , words seprate?

2_what "variant" in more locale 2 app?

this seems bug in software implementation of stock programs on device. haven't been tested correctly in farsi, yet still create basic utilize of language translation features (albeit incorrectly).

i suggest downloading separate programs app store (e.g. google play) replace stock programs don't work correctly you... find new launcher program, , new contacts program.
