Scaling SignalR with SQL server - how often can we clear data? -
i'm looking write scaled out signalr application using sql server, using this article guidline. after doing testing, looks table messages_0 in signalr database created (per article) pretty big.
what i'm wondering is, how can info cleared out? see there insertedon column think after day or 2 info wouldn't relevant anymore. there documentation or guidelines on this?
i'm wondering if set job clear out older week prevent table getting big on time.
the documentation seems suggest (albeit briefly), should not delete rows yourself.
signalr manages tables. long application deployed, don't delete rows, modify table, , forth.
