ios8 - xCode 6: No Development Profile in drop down in Build Settings -

i've tried debug project on iphone 5 today , received errors everytime launching it:

process launch failed: timed out waiting app launch

process launch failed: failed task process multiple numbers

i found out these kind of errors indicating "code signing ids" aren't set correctly. when want alter ids in drop downwards menu, there "distribution profile" , "automatic" setting no "development profile".

i've tried download certificate developercenter, replace it, save in keychain again, etc. nil helps. seems can't allow development profile appear in drop down.

after deselecting , reselecting team-id in "general" setting, xcode synchronised , appears "iphone developer" alternative codesigningidentity -> debug, release not drop downwards options "any ios sdk". unfortunately doesn't work changes. missing usual "iphone developer: my_name (my_id)" option.

did select appropriate team on project's general page? check out xcode's preferences pane well.
