Drupal 7 - Term reference field: how to add new term? -

i have texonomies in drupal website. of them have additional fields. have fields of type term reference in content-types.

when creating new node of content-type, have ability add together new term taxonomy while i'm filling form of content-type (with "add item" link/popup...).

i can if utilize entity reference fields, cannot using term reference field. help me, please?

update: installed "taxonomy access fix" module (https://www.drupal.org/project/taxonomy_access_fix) , allows me set capabilities per each taxonomy based on user role. need add together new term taxonomy on form level using term reference field (i canno utilize autocomplete because need user see possible values dropdown).

any help?

if alter widget autocomplete widget, allow add together new values.
