i tried install opencms in local scheme . after doing steps in manual got 404 error . tried cmd run setup shows e:\tomcat5\webapps\opencms\web-inf>setup input line long. syntax of command incorrect. can 1 help me

you not supposed run setup command line. need deploy opencms.war tomcat's webapps folder, start tomcat, can run setup via browser:
