to

documentroot "c:/users/håvard/dropbox/web" <directory "c:/users/håvard/dropbox/web">

i have gotten error before due skype using same ports, time that's not case. believe has letter "å" in "håvard"-username... i've tried changing path without username , works..

does know if letter has shutdown, , if: there solution it?

right click on dropbox folder , take properties. take tab security (sikkerhet in norwegian). click on username. there can see if user has read-write permission.
