iphone - iTunes: Failed to create an app icon -
i having problem today when tried update ipad app in itunes. first asked me upload application icon (which existed, needed other), 1024 x 1024. have uploaded non-alpha, non-layered, no-transparency image, upload succeeded. when nail "save" continuously gives me: "failed create app icon error." have tried png, jpg, same error. there no other, detailed info on error. can help me going wrong? never had problem before.
so here worked me:
i used chrome, waited min after uploading icon, before pressing save button.
my theory: pressing save after upload preview icon appeared. perhaps icon preview area displayed thumbnail of icon on screen before upload had been processed in itunes connect backend.
hope works else.
