amazon web services - AWS RDS must use vpc? -
when trying launch rds db instance, seems must utilize vpc -- there no selection other vpc when reach configure advanced settings. there way avoid this?
to motivate question, having problems connecting instance 1 time created , (using different aws account) connection not problem.
could vpcs configured, forced take among them?
is surprising connecting rds instance more hard when runs in vpc?
