jquery - drupal 7 flex slider cycle doesn't work until I open page inspector -

i have odd scenario happening on production site arcade brewery.

i using flex slider responsive slide show on home page , beers page. served views , flex slider views slideshow. worked fine months. recently, stopped sliding. still rotates through images, if switch settings fade, works fine, not horizontal slide. i've not been able trace when did work.

if open web inspector in safari and/or chrome , click on ul element style, starts working (as if realizes i'm investigating! ha).

anyone else seen this? cause behavior?

there clashes css3 effects. checked "video" under advanced setting in ui. turned off css3 3d transforms, , fixed problem. turning off "use css" fixes issue...
