Empty form action no longer go to self after upgrade to Coldfusion 10 from 9 -

i used empty values in form action attributes submit form itself. has worked me years using both cf7 , cf9. recently, updated cf10 update 14 , both local development environment , our production servers go site root instead of current template when form empty action string submitted. both environments using iis 7.5. there configuration can alter behavior, or no longer able pass empty string form action submit form same template?

i don't know config change, action="#cgi.script_name#?#cgi.query_string#" create work same.
