i download dock panel html project there , see demo there construction of dock panel in downloaded html page not show in google chrome , google chrome version 37.0.2062.124. please help me.please give suggestion.

i using chrome versión 38.0.2125.104 m , works fine me (the online demo) , must admit panel nice it. divs , funtions works me, links buttons etc believe have update chrome version or seek follow:
