setup conemu to use visual studio developer command prompt -

i have started using conemu. have tried different shells default windows cmd , powershell worked fine. when tried add together visual studio shell, didn't work.

i tried "new console dialog". in gave path shell

c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 11.0\vc\vcvarsall.bat

that gave me error

root process live less 10 seconds, press esc or come in

after searching in net tried other path mentioned in website c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio 11.0\common7\tools\vcvarsall.bat. gave me same error again!
