i looking product convert matlab code c++ code. have looked matlab coder extensively seems not suffice compatible versions of matlab 2011a on wards. going other coder products (embedded/simulink) both list matlab coder requirement.

i have matlab compiler looking product convert code , allow run without matlab/mcr dependencies.

is there matlab or 3rd party product other there convert code c++ or need hand code over?

as pointed out, matlab coder released in r2011a. prior that, still generate c code (a subset of) matlab run without mcr dependencies, using "embedded matlab" (the function of involvement called emlc if memory serves me well). however, required product called real-time workshop, in turn required simulink. generate c code matlab, needed have simulink, if not using simulink. guess that's why introduced matlab coder in r2011a. if intend generate production-quality code, illustration run on embedded device, can customise , optimise generated code, recommend real-time workshop embedded coder, add-on real-time workshop.

the bottom line yes it's possible, cost you... $$$ £££
