i'm developing first app , i'm testing in iphone 5c, when connect ipad mini displays error , related "member center" in apple website.

my question is: have purchase license run ipad mini xcode? because have license , don't know why not working.

no. given device ios same or newer deployment target of xcode project, need add together udid apple developer account, renew development certificate (and provisioning profile if necessary) , enable development mode of device in xcode, can utilize new device development.
