i'm looking @ having transfer lot of big files 3rd party scheme cloud based file storage system, such rackspace cloudfiles or amazon s3. i'm not limited using two, however.

what i'm trying find way allow services download files directly, 1 time provided public url, in order speed transfer , avoid having setup in middle relays each file.

is there service out there has alternative available via api or file list upload?

all modem cloud (object) storage service meet requirement, think. exmaple, aws s3, supports set canned acl public when putting object (uploading file).
