can help me in this, error each time install android's adt plugin.initially, thought anti-virus has locked file thought may file open somewhere else no such case seen. i've done deleting c:\user_name.android folder re-downloading , re-extracting adt scratch still error, should do?!

try run admin , in sentiment every time before want install new, create re-create of \\tools dir in \\ path, , then, upgrade or install excecuting android.bat in copied tools folder.

steps:-

make re-create of tools directory , phone call new directory tools2.(go in main hard drive, programme x86 folder , open android-sdk-windows within of folder.(example: c:program files (x86)android-sdk-windows). re-create , paste tools-folder) do not utilize 'sdk setup.exe'. instead open cmd.exe window , run next new tools2 directory (obviously total path on local machine different): j:\android-sdk-windows>tools2\android.bat update sdk

basically, noted before in thread, 'sdk setup.exe' invokes tools\android.bat, makes impossible rename tools directory thereafter.
