i trying find out best way load assets folder everytime, rather loading 1 time again , 1 time again every view. have placed assets folder in root application:

/application /system * * /assets /js /css

i have tried autoload method, , mutual method:

href="<? echo base_url() ?>assets/css/admin.css"

is there way load assets @ once?
