html5 - Today Edge animation is all scrambled in Chrome -

i had build little html site contained adobe border animations year ago. today noticed chrome doesn't show way did before. object out of place , objects missing.

anyone out there worked border animations , knows how ensure browser capability?

maybe kind of workaround create stable. i've considered turning video , getting rid of interactivity, animations inconsistent between browsers.

any tips incredibly helpful.
