Perplexing Access Error -

i have access reporting tool beingness deployed multiple users. of users getting error can't solve.

the access file consists of 2 things. linked table sharepoint , form. form consists 2 items, drop downwards box , submit button. drop downwards value list lets users select study want run click run button. vba code grabs info linked table , outputs word document.

the onclick event on submit button activates vba code. there no action queries 1 select query retrieve info table. @ first 50% of users encountered error. tried recreate database brand new access file thinking maybe messed during development. new access file handful of people still encountering error.

anyone have ideas on this? goggling no help. thanks.
