list - QTP UFT - WinList.Select cannot select any line -

i need qtf script selects line , proceeds. recording steps gave next code:

window("[windowname]").winlist("listbox").select "[name of item] "

but when seek run see error box: cannot identify specific item of listbox object.

this not work of lines. cannot select 1 arrow downwards key, error same.

please seek highlight winlist object repository before run script. if object cannot found, using updating function update object property.

also, create sure every time running script standard window, screen doesn't minimize.
