Load testing an application that uses Google Maps -

our client has implemented google maps in applications , working them on big scale load test. our concern google may interpret test denial-of-service attack , shut out application. in mind, have 3 questions:

is issue? meaning, google lock out our application during test might have 50,000 simultaneous users? if issue, there can chat "pre-approval" of apps during testing period create sure doesn't happen. alternatively, google offer version of api testing purposes? (i not find info in documentation)

please note exploring other solutions (excluding calls app, stubbing out api, etc).
