it seems -ms-scroll-snap-points-x not working in windows phone 8.1 update 1 (ie11 mobile) while same thing can run in windows 8.1 update 1 (ie11 desktop , modern)

you can test yourself, or see this example. (the background not of import me. want scrolling behavior in front)

it's illustration this tutorial (the javascript behind touch-friendly sliders). creates effect using -ms-scroll-snap-points-x property ie, , touch events others.

creating effect using touch events not option, since terribly slow in windows phone.

so, there workaround simulate effect of -ms-scroll-snap-points-x in windows phone?

or in general, there way accomplish effect in illustration , tutorial windows phone?
