permissions - Hive persmission denied error -
i have 2 ids us_id1 , us_id2, both ids part of grouping alldev. us_id1 can go , view directories in hdfs, , can execute hive commands
with us_id2 can view directories , log hive.
but when run simple command show databases; next error.
on database directory /datalake/sample_dev/metastore_db in read mode database class loader started - derby.database.classpath='' failed: execution error, homecoming code 1 org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.ddltask. java.lang.runtimeexception: unable instantiate org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.hivemetastoreclient
what missing us_id2?
