Deploy to Windows Phone 7 -

new windows phone 7 development.

i using windows 7 32 bit pro using vs2010.

i connect wp7 mobile. can see files in windows explorer.

i create new w7 project. select deploy device. error:

"zune software not launched. retry after making sure zune software launched"

zune installed. seems running?

it still not deploy.

i google around.

all answers select emulator instead.

i don't want emulator. want utilize device.

what else can check?

so in sentiment problem phone locked , zune can't access device.
