Eclipse EPIC Bug? Can't Modify Perl Include Path -

i'm working on little perl programme in eclipse involves using own perl module. module saved in current project's workspace should in perl include path default, eclipse has 1 of these annoying reddish "x's" telling me cannot find module. when hover on "x" says:

can't locate in @inc (@inc contains: c:/perl64/site/lib c:/perl64/lib)

i went project properties , tried modify "perl include path" include "." (the current working directory) won't allow me add together include path.

i can't add together include path, not different directory altogether. sec click "ok" error message:

i error message if create no changes @ all! if go page in "project properties" , click "ok" error message without trying add together perl include path.

does have thought going on here? have searched net few days no luck. have not seen having same issue or similar. getting frustrating , appreciate help.

after messing little more realized if go "perl include path" section of project properties @ all, if create no changes , leave , click "ok" in different section, still error message. somehow error caused clicking on "perl include path" tab without doing else.
