c# - My program's GUI is messed up in Windows 8 -

i have created wallpaper changing programme in c# using visual studio , have had couple reports in lastly few months of part of programme not displaying right. have no clue causing it. help?

this looks on computer, windows 7

this looks on victims computer, windows 8

if windows forms application, have dpi/resolution scaling. isn't unique windows 8.

check display sizing options match on both displays (or alter on windows 7 machine) in command panel.

control panel\appearance , personalization\display windows 8. (i think same windows 7).
