android - Quirky animation on SurfaceView with good FPS -

i implement linear animation lot of objects on surfaceview , found next issue: on samsung s4 , s3 animation quirky, fps near 60. on other devices works perfectly.

after disabled hardware acceleration in manifest worked much better, screen flickering. please advice might root of problem. thanks!

upd: code - don't create objects in realtime reusing ones object pools.
