apache - XAMPP not interpreting PHP code + Errors -

first things first, when open , run xampp shows up

the issue is, when seek , open .php file doesn't work shows code within php file, php not work.

i have downloaded , uninstalled xampp 3 times today.

any ideas?

this rookie mistake, create sure url says localhost/index.php , not file:///c:/...
