osx - Android emulator start slowly and lost from running devices -

i have problem avd in android studio. after click run button , start new emulator slow when android starts, app doesn't install on it. when running , click run button again, can't find running emulator in take device window.

i've got macbook pro, running on osx 10.10

maybe couldn't set correctly intel acceleration, don't think causes problem. running emulator not found. works, of time doesn't/

i don't utilize android studio (prefer eclipse) maybe can utilize genymotion http://www.genymotion.com/ it's free non commercial use. it's much more faster in eclipse normal eclipse emulator. in sentiment acts real phone when eclipse symulator slow hight resolution screen.
