silverlight - RadGridView Focus -

i using radgridview 8 gridviewdatacolums empty on load .the first column displays 'click here add together new item' i.e trying come in new items.i need implement accessibility radgridview using narrator.

my problem: when tab radgridview ,the finish grid gets focus , not able tab first column add together items , consecutive tabs moves focus other elements .but,when trying update existing grid focus seems work fine. clarify want focus within grid
