is possible run robovm under windows or need have macos available somewhere?

if not, there alternative (that creates as-close-to-native-as-possible output) run under windows?

there project compile robovm on windows goal not create ios apps. if not able utilize native ios simulator robovm relies on, needs xcode installed i'm guessing won't work.

codename 1 allows using windows/linux cloud build although i'm not sure if satisfies close native concept. apps native , have access native functionality/objective-c of ui rendered on top of open gl.
