cordova - Is there an alternative to getUserMedia for Phonegap Android(local)? -

i found few questions on stackoverflow no reply yet. i'm trying stream photographic camera input android device html5 video tag real-time image processing. photographic camera plugin phonegap not back upwards tried using getusermedia. worked except chrome not back upwards file:// protocol getusermedia, video stream stored(i believe). works when run server want able utilize app locally, without net connection. have ideas? thanks!
