Google Chrome Developer Tools - disable black emulation options ruler -
in google chrome version 38+, there's new black ruler device emulation options. know how disable this?
you can hide toggling "device mode" button. i'm on chrome 38 on osx if matters.
note rulers still show if need device emulation.
