python - Convert Azimuth/Elevation of a celestial body to Longitude/Latitude on geographic map -

i'm working on project related astronomy , orbital mechanics. have info celestial body(for illustration satellite or moon...) it's azimuth/elevation, sidereal time of observation, longitude , latitude of observation site... can calculate right ascension , declination of target using above information. well, have illustration 200 observation of celestial body sorted time (t1,t2,...tn) how can alter these info longitude/latitude of celestial body in geographic map each time? want create map this:

*** utilize python in project.

look @ illustration here http://www.stargazing.net/kepler/altaz.html working backwards ra , dec , should long lst , lat setting alt 90 , rearrange.
