Visual Studio 2010 not start(run) as administrator -

Visual Studio 2010 not start(run) as administrator -

i have visual studio 2010 installed in windows-7 os. works in normal mode or normal user if run administrator show splash screen , after give error message "application cannot start".

i tried create run administrator changing compatibility property , mark there run administrator in case vs not started.

if turn on uac , after seek run vs prompt permission run administrator failed start.

is there solution problem?
