Cannot access webmin newly installed Google Compute LEMP VM -

i have set vm instance on google compute, using lemp image.

i able access via gcloud ssh , installed webmin, see webmin running

sudo service webmin status gives webmin (pid 2539) running

i changed default port 1011 touching 2 parameters

port=1011 listen=1011

if wget localhost:1011 200 response telling need utilize ssl

i on network on google cloud console added firewall rule take udp , tcp connection port 1011, "web page not available shows" when hitting http://externalip:1011 same https.

i don´t know else do, ideas ?

when add together firewall rule, specify tag. need specify same tag vm.
