playframework - Scala IDE Template Editor Broke -

i downloaded scala ide 4.0 release candidate 1 on windows machine. setup basic play scala project , tried opening the index.scala.html file new play editor , file doesn't open.it looks this:

so tried opening file in regular play editor , when type, characters typed in reverse:

anybody know how go fixing this?

this might problem installation, if on windows , installed under program files. seek moving somewhere else (preferably without spaces in path, though permission issue). see long thread on scala ide mailing list.
