Create custom metadata Tags for documents to be uploaded in Alfresco -

i exploring alfresco 4.3 & 5.0,

as know our normal documents have metadata properties author,title,subject,category.... & on.

so if has values, alfresco retrieves info values these & displays in file properties section :name,title,author,size,creator......and many more.

so suppose if have more form fields in document (like firstname,tenant,isauthrorized), steps need follow in alfresco whenever user upload document , under file properties section, properties displayed , if select edit properties option, should able edit them.

by using able see new drop-down values under create rule section.

similar way want document properties section, similar existing properties name, title,description,mimetype,tags... etc , can see new properties firstname,tenant - text fields.

please show me way accomplish these things alfresco 5.0 community . accomplish need import alfresco sdk, or can straight changes in tomcat?

also 1 more question, want create custom metadata in alfresco , if excel sheet(column)have values ,then such properties values should displayed under properties section of file.

is possible in alfresco?
